Allows a customizable radius and force to attract nearby debris to your hook ... no more barely missing floating trash!

A folder named "ModSettings" will be created in your modapi folder, a config file named "MagnaHook_Settings.json" will be created inside that folder with a default that looks like:

{"AttractionRadius":8.0,"AttractionForce":2.8}

Higher radius will pull items from further away, higher force increases the speed the items are drawn in.
Restart the game for config changes to take affect.
