Philosophy
The vanilla flashlight is just pointless besides being attached to a weapon. This mod made changes to it so it is worth using the flashlight along the way to actually see things ahead, while not breaking the immersion of vanilla.

What does this mod do
This mod modifies the following flashlight properties:

• Battery cost rate.
• Max light intensity.
• Low light intensities that match the new max light intensity.

Known Side-Effects
Conflict with other mods that modify the flashlight props.
