Unlocks the entire notepad for the player to use, including constructions, crafting recipes, information entries, and more.
The mod also hides the HUD messages that would normally appear when unlocking new notepad entries.
If I didn't hide them, the game would spam the screen with new entry notifications for several minutes after installing this mod.

It's marked as a cheat, but I personally see it more as a quality-of-life improvement.
